NEW YORK, May 13 (UPI) -- Infamous jailbird Joey Buttafuoco is planning a reunion with ex-lover Amy Fisher in New York.
The New York Post reported on the upcoming rendezvous, in which Buttafuoco and Fisher plan to meet for a candlelight dinner at a restaurant overlooking Central Park. The pair's affair ended in 1992 when Fisher shot Buttafuoco's then-wife Mary Jo.
The Post said the two plan to meet regularly in an attempt to rekindle old passions. Television producer David Krieff hopes to make the reunion into a reality show.
Krieff said Buttafuoco is very happy about the reunion.
"I still have feelings for her," Buttafuoco reportedly told him. "I can't wait to have dinner with her. I can't wait to be with her. I can't wait to touch her."
