MOSCOW, April 26 (UPI) -- Former U.S. Secretary of State Henry Kissinger will work with a former Russian prime minister on improving U.S.-Russia relations.

Kissinger and former Russian Prime Minister Yevgeny Primakov will co-chair a working group on the future of bilateral relations, RIA Novosti said Thursday.
