Prodigy, 21, about to become doctor

ORLANDO, Fla., April 26 (UPI) -- Police don't know what the pills are that former astronaut Lisa Nowak had when she was arrested in Florida but they aren't illegal drugs, officials said.
A report from the Orange/Osceola State Attorney's Office said the 69 pills in Nowak's possession when she was arrested on Feb. 5 were not controlled substances, the Orlando (Fla.) Sentinel reported Thursdsay.
Nowak has been charged with attempted kidnapping and burglary with an assault in connection with her alleged pepper spray attack on U.S. Air Force Capt. Colleen Shipman at the Orlando airport. Nowak reportedly considered Shipman a rival for the affection of shuttle pilot Bill Oefelein.
Nowak's trial is scheduled to start for Sept. 24.
