DUBAI, United Arab Emirates, April 22 (UPI) -- The Taliban have released a videotape that shows a boy of around 12 beheading a suspected spy with a knife in Afghanistan.
Part of the video was shown on the al-Arabiya Network, which is based in Dubai, the BBC reported.

The Taliban said Ghulam Nabi, the man who was beheaded, had supplied information that led to the death of a senior commander, Akhtar Mohammad Osmani, in an airstrike in December.
In the video, Nabi, after being blindfolded with a scarf, says a few words that allegedly include a confession. The boy uses a large knife to cut off his head.
