Gotti called a 'co-conspirator'

NEW YORK, April 10 (UPI) -- Former Gambino crime boss John A. "Junior" Gotti was a "co-conspirator" in two Christmas Eve 1992 New York killings, prosecutors charged.

The New York Daily News reported that Gotti isn't charged in the killings of Thomas and Rosemarie Uva. The newspaper said that during Monday's jury selection in the trial of Dominick Pizzonia, prosecutors filed papers stating that Gotti had "after-the-fact knowledge and endorsement" of the deaths.
