TEHRAN, March 30 (UPI) -- A British Royal Marine was shown on Iranian television Friday apologizing for entering Iran's territorial waters.
Iran released another letter from Faye Turney, a leading seaman who is the only woman among 15 sailors captured last week, The New York Times reported.
British Prime Minister Tony Blair said the captives are being "paraded" and "manipulated."
"They have got to be released," he said.
The Marine was identified as Nathan Thomas Summers, a rifleman. He was photographed with Turney and another Marine.
Foreign Secretary Margaret Beckett criticized Iran for not allowing a British consul to visit the captives. She said Iran's most recent letter to the British government contains nothing "to suggest that the Iranians are looking for a way out."
Britain maintains that the sailors were more than a mile inside Iraqi waters when Iran intercepted them.
