BAGHDAD, March 10 (UPI) -- Iraqi insurgents have threatened to kill two German hostages unless their country withdraws its forces from neighboring Afghanistan.
The previously unknown extremist group called Arrows of Righteousness posted an Internet video showing masked men threatening to kill the pair, whom the BBC said included a woman and her son.

The video warned Berlin it had 10 days to withdraw its troops from Afghanistan, and the woman in the tape appealed to German Chancellor Angela Merkel to cooperate,
Germany last month confirmed that two of its nationals were missing in Iraq.
