BARCELONA, Spain, March 2 (UPI) -- A German teen living in Spain with his family committed suicide after hacking up his parents and burying their bodies, EFE news agency reported Friday.
The 19-year-old -- referred to by police as A.N. -- reportedly killed, dismembered and buried his parents last week before killing himself.

The remains of his parents were said to have been found in the house and the garden.
Initially, the teen gave police an explanation about his parent's absence, though authorities said they were suspicious of the story and began their investigation only to discover the son had killed himself a few days later.
