Canada body-parts murder victim identified

PRAGUE, Czech Republic, Feb. 8 (UPI) -- The Czech parliament Thursday approved deployment of a military field hospital in Afghanistan as part of a NATO peacekeeping force, media said.
The field hospital will be stationed at Kabul's airport for a year, beginning in April, and operated by 70 personnel, Prague Radio reported.
Czech Defense Minister Vlasta Parkanova has said NATO will help cover expenses, expected to amount to $7 million, the report said.
