Brevard County Sheriff's Office spokesman Andrew Walters said the second package was found hours later on Floridana Beach, WKMG-TV, Orlando, reported Wednesday.

Capt. Tony Rode, a police spokesman in Hollywood, said beached drugs are often the result of boaters dumping their cargo while fleeing authorities.
