Russia sets migrant labor quotas

MOSCOW, Nov. 15 (UPI) -- Russia is setting new limits on the number of migrant workers it will allow to enter the country.

Six million work permits will be issued next year to foreign workers who enter the country without a visa, Interfax reported.

Officials said 308,000 guest workers will be let in from countries with which Russia has visa relations, Itar-Tass reported.
