Spanish PM says ETA must embrace peace

MADRID, Nov. 15 (UPI) -- Spain's prime minister said the months-long cease fire with the Basque separatist ETA is not an opportunity for the group to rearm, EFE news agency reported.

Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero said ETA must prove it is committed to peace and, if it wants to move forward in the peace process, it must make the first move.
