Poll: Almost half in U.S. creationist

CARACAS, Venezuela, Nov. 13 (UPI) -- Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva met with his Venezuelan counterpart Hugo Chavez ahead of Venezuelan elections, El Universal reported Monday.
The two leaders inaugurated a Brazilian-built bridge in one of Venezuela's most oil-rich areas where Brazilian state-owned oil company Petrobras operates.
Chavez is ahead by double digits in a presidential race that culminates in Dec. 3 elections.
