BUENOS AIRES, Oct. 15 (UPI) -- A 72-year-old woman claims to be a direct descendent of former Argentine President Juan Domingo Peron, prompting scientists to take a DNA sample.

Martha Holgado claims Peron had an extra-marital affair with her mother while married to his first wife, La Nacion newspaper reported over the weekend.

The former president is being moved from his current grave to a new mausoleum at his former home in a Buenos Aires suburb.
