MUMBAI, Sept. 21 (UPI) -- The July train bombings in Mumbai were believed hatched in Pakistan but not carried out by al-Qaida, Indian officials say.
The attack on Mumbai, formerly known as Bombay, in which nearly 200 people died, was thought by investigators to be orchestrated by some "big terrorist group."
