Canada body-parts murder victim identified

WASHINGTON, Sept. 15 (UPI) -- U.S. President George Bush Friday called on the United Nations to act to stop the violence in Sudan's Darfur region.
Bush said he is frustrated by the U.N.'s lack of initiative and rejected the stance that U.N. troops need to be invited before they can be sent.
Bush said the United Nations should pass a resolution that says U.N. troops are going in to save lives.
Non-muslim so-called Black Africans have been targeted by the government-backed Jinjaweed militias, and tens of thousands have died. The situation has been labeled as the first genocide of the 21st century.
