Canada body-parts murder victim identified
WASHINGTON, Sept. 15 (UPI) -- U.S. President George Bush Friday urged Congress to reform U.S. immigration policy because the current situation is not working.
At a White House News conference, Bush ridiculed the current catch-and-release program for illegal immigrants.
"I strongly to believe that in order to protect the border, Congress has to pass a comprehensive plan," Bush said.
Bush said it is unrealistic to believe all illegal immigrants can be sent back to their home countries.
