LONDON, July 24 (UPI) -- A British financier and landowner -- nephew of the late Ian Fleming -- has set up a new hunt despite the recent ban on hunting foxes and hares with dogs.

The pack is the first new hunt in about 25 years.

The Private Pack will be invitation only, its founder, Roddy Fleming, told The Telegraph. Its members will not actually hunt animals, instead following trails laid down to simulate the movements of fox and hare.

"It will be very private and we will pootle about Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire," Fleming said. "It's going to be great fun hunting our own hounds."

Ian Fleming, Roddy's uncle, was the author of the James Bond novels. Roddy Fleming founded a fund management firm that specializes in Russian mining.

The Private Pack has not yet registered with either of the two bodies that regulate hunting, and there is some question whether it could get official status since Fleming's property is in an area that already has seven hunts, The Telegraph said.
