Poll: Almost half in U.S. creationist

PARIS, June 28 (UPI) -- France's Prime Minister Dominique de Villepin says he plans to serve out his term but that he has no plans to run for President next April.
"I said it since the first day while arriving here at Matignon, I do not have presidential ambition," he told a regular news conference, reports Le Monde.
Villepin has been regarded as President Jacques Chirac's likely successor, but his ratings have tumbled in recent weeks because of government scandals and labor policies.
