CLEMSON, S.C., May 30 (UPI) -- Police in Clemson, S.C., said they had few leads Tuesday into the bikini-top strangulation death of a Missouri student near the Clemson University campus.
Tiffany Souers, a 20-year-old civil engineering major, was found Friday in her apartment by her former roommate, Police Capt. Robert Griffin told ABC News.
Police said her apartment showed no sign of forced entry or a struggle, and friends said she was well-liked, and didn't appear to have any enemies.
Griffin told the network detectives seized the St. Louis native's computer in hopes of finding some leads.
"We are trying to create a timeline at this point, trying to go and backtrack her steps," Griffin said.
Souers was attending summer school in hopes of graduating early, the report said.
