PURCELL, Okla., April 15 (UPI) -- Prosecutors say they want the death penalty for an Oklahoma man after a dead 10-year-old girl was found in his apartment.

McClain County District Attorney Tim Kuykendall said he thinks the body is that of missing Jamie Rose Bolin, but hasn't confirmed the identity yet.

CNN reports 26-year-old Kevin Ray Underwood was arrested at a police checkpoint in Purcell, Okla., where both he and Bolin lived.

Underwood is expected to be charged Monday with first-degree murder.

Investigators are looking into the details of Bolin's disappearance.
