SACRAMENTO, March 23 (UPI) -- Two men in Sacramento, Calif., were freed of gang rape charges because the 19-year-old woman was allegedly involved in a pornographic video.
Authorities dropped the charges after they came across footage from a cell phone that showed the acts were consensual, reports the Sacramento Bee.

The woman could face criminal charges, including making false statements to police, the report said.
The two men, ages 21 and 25, could have faced life sentences if they had been convicted of the rape charges.
A prosecutor said the woman recanted her allegations and said a pornographic video was being made for money, the newspaper reported.
