JAKARTA, Feb. 3 (UPI) -- Some 200 Muslims demonstrated Friday outside the Danish Embassy in Indonesia to protest published caricatures of the Prophet Mohammed.
The cartoons were originally published in a Danish newspaper and picked up by other papers in Europe, triggering widespread anger in the Muslim world.

Danish Ambassador Niels Erik Andersen told CNN he met with about a dozen demonstrators, members of Defenders of Islam, who broke through security and demanded a meeting.
Andersen said he reiterated an apology made by Jyllands-Posten, the Danish newspaper whose publication last September of the caricature offended Muslims.
He described Friday's meeting as productive.
