Annan, whose term as secretary-general ends this year, is to meet with Bush on Feb. 13. The White House said the men would talk about U.N. reform and the promotion of human rights, among other issues.

White House press officers made the announcements Friday in Albuquerque, N.M., where Bush was delivering one of his post-State of the Union speeches.
