The shooter was identified as Jennifer Sanmarco of Grants, N.M., the Santa Barbara (Calif.) News-Press reported. Postal Inspector Randy Degasperin said complaints from co-workers led to her termination on psychological grounds, the Times said.

Investigators say that the woman drove into the parking lot at the facility, passing the security barrier by closely following another car. While in the parking lot, she shot three women and then used a key card to enter the building, shooting three more people inside.
