Art teacher charged with making child porn

GURNEE, Ill., Dec. 10 (UPI) -- An art teacher at a Chicago-area high school has been charged with using a school computer to make child pornography.

Greg Alderson, who teaches at Maine South High School, allegedly photographed a teenage girl partially nude in a studio at his home in Gurnee, the Chicago Tribune reported. He was arrested this week and freed on bail.

The girl was not a student at Maine South. But Alderson allegedly manipulated the image on a computer at the school.

A prosecutor said police seized a computer from Gurnee's house that contained pornography.
