MOSCOW, Dec. 1 (UPI) -- Russia reportedly has technology for a strategic missile no anti-ballistic missile defense system could stop.

That was the word Thursday from the chief of the Russian General Staff, Yuri Baluyevsky.

"This is a very expensive technology and its (industrial) production depends on the situation," the general told Novosti.

He said anti-ballistic missile defense systems were not efficient in their defense against existing types of weapons.
