Bush to attend Summit of the Americas

WASHINGTON, Oct. 5 (UPI) -- President George Bush will travel to Argentina for the Summit of the Americas, a meeting of Western Hemisphere leaders.

The White House announced Wednesday Bush will meet with Argentine President Nestor Kirchner during the Nov. 3-5 talks.

After the summit, the president is set to meet his Brazilian counterpart, Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, in Brazil. He'll then travel to Panama to meet with President Martin Torrijos Espino.
