Poll: Almost half in U.S. creationist

LONDON, Sept. 17 (UPI) -- British hunters have found a loophole in the 2004 ban on the use of dogs to hunt foxes.
The Guardian reports that hunters are using birds -- mostly eagles and hawks -- to prey on foxes.
The Hunting Act 2004 banned hound dogs from being the actual predator. It only allows them to "flush" the fox out from hiding.
Now hounds and hawk are working in tandem with the hound finding the fox and getting it on the run and the hawk capturing it.
The loophole is not the hunting lobby's first choice. They would rather the ban be overturned.
Instead they are bucking what animal rights groups are calling the spirit of the law.
No bird-based fox hunters have been prosecuted.
