ROME, Sept. 13 (UPI) -- Italy's highest court ruled Tuesday that a suspect in the failed July 21 London bomb attacks should be extradited to Britain, a report said.
Hussain Osman, 27, also known as Hamdi Issac, is accused of trying to blow up the Shepherd's Bush station of London's Underground rail system.
The failed attacks took two weeks after four suicide bombers killed 52 passengers in London rail and bus bombings.
Osman was arrested July 29 in Rome.
Italy's Court of Cassation Tuesday upheld a previous ruling allowing his extradition, probably within the next 10 days, to face charges with four other men, the BBC reported.
Ibrahim Muktar Said, Yassin Hassan Omar and Ramzi Mohamed -- all in their 20s -- are charged with attempted murder and possessing explosives. They and Manfo Kwaku Asiedu, also are accused of conspiracy.
