WICHITA, Kan., July 12 (UPI) -- The 960-square foot home in Park City, Kan., of BTK killer Dennis Rader sold for $90,000 at an auction, compared to its appraised value of $56,000.

The buyer is the owner of an exotic dance club.

The auction was ordered by a county district judge. The proceeds may be distributed to the families of Rader's victims, the Wichita Eagle reported.

The 60-year-old Rader, who called himself BTK (bind, torture, kill), is in prison for killing 10 people in the Wichita, Kan., area.
