JERSEY CITY, N.J., April 19 (UPI) -- Three Jersey City, N.J., men who videotaped alleged crimes on professionally produced DVDs were arrested after investigators saw the DVD.

Police said 21-year-old Andrew Nettles and 20-year-old Marques Moses, were charged with unlawful possession of a handgun, while 18-year-old Michael Daniels was charged with conspiracy to distribute a controlled dangerous substance, the Jersey City Journal reported Tuesday.

The DVD, entitled "Hoodz TV," was produced by "Uptop Filmz." It shows suspected gang members "flaunting firearms and narcotics openly in public streets," according to Hudson County Prosecutor Edward DeFazio.

DeFazio declined to explain the crimes allegedly committed by the men, but said the video included scenes of participants firing guns on residential streets in Jersey City.
