Alleged Miss. kingpin on '15 most wanted'

HATTIESBURG, Miss., April 7 (UPI) -- Suspected Mississippi drug kingpin David Tyree Warner has been added to its "15 Most Wanted" list, the U.S. Marshals Service said Thursday.

Warner is known as "Super Dave" because of the seemingly unlimited quantities of cocaine and marijuana he was able to provide to the streets via his extensive drug organization, the service said.

Since Warner's indictment in June 2004, 25 members of his drug gang have been arrested, but the alleged kingpin himself went on the run. A fugitive warrant was issued in Hattiesburg, Miss.

The service said Warner lived a life of endless luxury, including expensive homes, race cars and motorcycles, custom jewelry and a string of Tennessee walking horses, and he attended every significant sporting event.

Warner is black, 31, 6-feet, 240 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Warner's photograph and wanted poster along with those of others on the list, is accessible at usdoj.gov/marshals/.
