TAIPEI, Taiwan, March 26 (UPI) -- Taiwanese Premier Frank Hsieh has said the Chinese Nationalist Party's delegation to China Monday should relay Taiwan's anger over the "Anti Secession" Law.
"It is not appropriate for me to comment on lawmakers' behavior, but I believe that lawmakers will not do something stupid to jeopardize their own reputation and credibility," Hsieh said in the legislature, responding to a question raised by Democratic Progressive Party Legislator Hsiao Bi-khim about the timing of Chinese Nationalist Party Legislator Chiang Pin-kun's visit to China, the Taipei Times reported.
A rally against the "Anti Secession" Law was planned for Sunday.
Chiang, a Chinese Nationalist Party vice chairman, has planned an official visit to China with a Nationalist Party delegation Monday.
