Gunman sought in S.F. nightclub shootings

SAN FRANCISCO, March 21 (UPI) -- San Francisco police said they were looking a "person of interest" Monday after gunfire at a nightclub left one person dead and five injured.

The unidentified Asian male in his early 20s fled the salsa club in the Potrero Hill area after the gunfire began as the crowd left at closing time early Monday.

KTVU-TV in San Francisco said the shooting left a Daly City man dead and another with life-threatening injures. The other four wounded patrons were expected to recover.

It was not immediately determined what caused the shooting.
