U.S.: No arms transfer to Cyprus

WASHINGTON, March 2 (UPI) -- The U.S. State Department said Wednesday there has been no transfer of U.S.-made weapons from Turkey to Cyprus.

Recent reports in the Greek media have suggested Turkey was transferring weapons it received from the United States to the Turkish enclave of northern Cyprus.
