Poll: Almost half in U.S. creationist

WASHINGTON, Oct. 12 (UPI) -- A poll released Tuesday by Gallup indicated a majority of U.S. adults expect Democratic nominee John F. Kerry to win the third presidential debate.
Fifty-four percent of the 531 adults queried said they believe Kerry will do a better job during the last debate with George W. Bush, scheduled Wednesday in Tempe, Ariz. Only 36 percent said Bush would out-perform Kerry, while 10 percent said it would make no difference or had no opinion.
Gallup collected the data Oct. 9-10 in a larger survey of 1,015 adults nationwide. The margin of error for the subset who were asked about their expectations for the third debate was plus or minus 5 points.
