SONORA, Calif., July 29 (UPI) -- The family of William Nesler Thursday urged the California man to surrender to police to face charges he beat a man to death earlier this week.
"We love you. We want you to come home," said Nesler's aunt Jan Martinez-Starr in Sonora, Calif. "We'll work through this."
The family has contacted a Sacramento bail bondsman who has offered to arrange for the 23-year-old Nesler to turn himself in in the capital city, the Modesto Bee reported.
Nesler is the son of Ellie Nesler.
In 1993 in a courtroom, Ellie Nesler shot and killed Daniel Driver, accused of molesting several boys, including her son.
William Nesler was six when the alleged molestation occurred and 11 at the time of the shooting.
Now, William Nesler is wanted on suspicion of beating a man, just after Nesler was released from jail for beating the same man in June. David Edward Davis, 45, of Sonora, died from severe head wounds the day after the second beating.
