GAZA, July 13 (UPI) -- Hamas figure Ismail Haneya Tuesday denied media reports the Palestinian militant group has altered its resistance strategy.
Recent reports have discussed possible changes because of intensified Israeli Army's attacks targeting the movement's leadership.
Haneya said the movement delayed presentation of its plan for the administration of Gaza after the Israeli evacuation to test Israeli and U.S. intentions.
And he said Hamas is still investigating the assassinations of the Hamas' founder and spiritual leader Sheikh Ahmad Yassin and his successor, Abdel Aziz Rantisi. Haneya denied Israeli claims it was able to carry out the assassinations based on information from informants.
"The Israeli claims about infiltrating the movement are just part of the psychological war that Israel launched against the Palestinian people," he said.
