Argentina wants more Chinese tourists

BEIJING, June 28 (UPI) -- Argentine President Nestor Kirchner said Monday in Beijing his country will simplify visa procedures to expedite increased tourism with China.

Xinhua, China's main government-run news agency, reported Kirchner led a China-Argentina tourism summit, with representatives from 20 Argentine travel agencies exchanging views with their counterparts in China.

Kirchner said he hopes Argentina will get its share of the increasing numbers of Chinese outbound tourists.
