WASHINGTON, June 18 (UPI) -- Prime Minister Peter Medgyessy of Hungary will visit Washington next week, the White House announced Friday.
He is scheduled to meet President George W. Bush at the White House on June 22.

Hungary is a close U.S. ally and has contributed troops to the international force in Iraq.
The two leaders will discuss a number of key issues, including combating terrorism, U.S.-Hungarian economic relations, and the U.S.-European Union Summit in Ireland and the NATO Summit in Turkey later this month, the White House said.
