Hamas fires rockets at Gaza settlements

GAZA, May 31 (UPI) -- Hamas militants said Monday they fired three locally made al-Qassam rockets at two Jewish settlements south of Gaza.

A statement issued by al-Qassam Brigades, Hamas' military wing, said two rockets were fired at the settlement of Gadid and one at Kfar Darom.

There was no report of casualties in the settlements or confirmation of the attacks by the Israeli side.
