Father of dead Saudi terrorist not sorry

RIYADH, Saudi Arabia, April 27 (UPI) -- The father of a Saudi terror suspect who was killed in a clash with police last week said Tuesday he will not mourn his son's death.

"He got what he deserved and all those criminals will be punished by God," said the father of Talal Anbar, who was killed with others in a fighting with police in the Red Sea port of Jeddah.

"His mother and I hoped that he would repent and return to the right track. He made us ill but we are not sad for his death. We actually mourn the death of innocent people," he said.

Anbar was one of 26 suspects which the Saudi authorities are searching for in connection with terrorist attacks in Riyadh that killed 60 people in the last year.
