JAKARTA, April 4 (UPI) -- Election preparations were under way across Indonesia Sunday as officials completed building polling stations and voting booths for Monday's national elections.

The Jakarta Post reported more than 3,800 polling booths were ready for voting in north Jakarta, although the building of polling stations was continuing Sunday in other areas and there were reports of people having to re-register because of paperwork errors.
