MIAMI, March 26 (UPI) -- A Florida teenager charged with killing another boy in a bathroom at their middle school had a hit list that included his sister and a third boy.
Michael Hernandez, 14, was arrested in February after he allegedly slit 13-year-old Jaime Gough's throat. At a hearing Thursday, a judge ordered the release of the last two pages of Hernandez's journal and parts of a statement he made to investigators on Feb. 3.
In his diary, Hernandez listed Jaime, a third boy identified only as A. by authorities and Christina Elizabeth Hernandez, a 19-year-old college student and his sister, the Miami Herald reported.
His plans to kill A., also a student at the Southwood Middle School in Palmetto, were reportedly foiled when the 13-year-old refused to join Hernandez in a bathroom stall the day before Gough was killed.
