Poll: Kerry leads Bush by 4 points

WASHINGTON, Feb. 16 (UPI) -- Mass. Sen. John F. Kerry leads President George W. Bush by four points in the latest Rasmussen presidential tracking poll.

Figures released Sunday show Kerry winning the support of 48 percent of likely U.S. voters while Bush is at 44 percent.

According to the Rasmussen survey, 60 percent of likely voters say the United States is generally fair and decent, with Bush supporters united on the point and Kerry supporters evenly divided.

The data, collected through a three-day national telephone survey of 1,500 likely voters, has a sampling error is plus or minus 3 points and a 95 percent confidence level.
