Lieberman to volunteer on Christmas Eve

WASHINGTON, Dec. 22 (UPI) -- Sen. Joseph Lieberman, D-Conn., and wife, Hadassah, are spending part of the holiday season preparing meals for the homeless, the campaign said Monday.

Lieberman's campaign said the candidate and his wife would spend about an hour at So Others Might Eat, a Washington, D.C. soup kitchen on Dec. 24, helping fix meals to be served to the city's homeless.
