Police said a statement by 20-year-old witness Kwang Teh-chiang, an intern of the suspect, was the key to solving the murder of 28-year-old insurance agent Shih Chin-chi

The 39-year-old suspect, Chen Chin-huo, allegedly murdered Shih and chopped her body into eight pieces on Dec. 7. He allegedly dumped the body parts into the water tank of his townhouse, where he also runs a motorcycle shop.

According to Kwang's statement, Chen Chin-huo was upset about a high insurance quote.
