Schwarzenegger paroles second killer

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 27 (UPI) -- Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger has agreed to parole the second convicted murderer in a week, it was reported Thursday.

Known during his movie career as the "Terminator," the new California governor approved a parole Wednesday for Rosario Munoz, convicted of murdering her husband's mistress in 1987, the Los Angeles Times said.

His actions are a notable departure from the policy of his predecessor, Gray Davis, who granted only eight such paroles in his five-year tenure. Davis twice blocked freedom for Munoz.
