NEW YORK, Nov. 12 (UPI) -- Rush Limbaugh, the nation's most listened to radio talk show host, will reportedly return to his three-hour show Monday.
Limbaugh's brother, David, told Matt Drudge the return to work will end a sabbatical that began Oct. 10 when Limbaugh told his audience he was addicted to prescription pain killers and had decided to admit himself to an unidentified treatment facility.
David Limbaugh, who guest-hosted the program Wednesday, said, "I'm happy to tell you, in fact, that Rush has successfully completed the first phase of his treatment."
Before his Oct. 10 admission, the conservative Limbaugh had been the subject of published reports claiming he was addicted to Oxycontin and similar prescription painkillers.
The Rush Limbaugh Show is in its 15th year.
